4 Layer High Frequency PCB Built On 20mil RO4350B With Back Drilling

This is a type of 4 Layer Rogers PCB built on 20mil (0.508mm) RO4350B with Tg 280°C for the application of GPS tracker. Multilayer PCB's on Rogers material have different structure (stack up) from FR-4 multilayer PCB's, because the core of Rogers material is semi-manufactures.
For this 4 layer high frequency PCB, it uses 2 cores of 20mil RO4350B. Usually blind via from layer 1 to layer 3 is hard to be drilled. On the other hand, the back drill technology can solve this problem of signal integrity.

4 Layer PCB Built On 10mil RO4350B+FR4 Mixed multiblock
Hi,
This is a type of 4 Layer PCB mixed 10mil (0.254mm) RO4350B and 0.3mm FR-4 for the application of Wireless Surveillance System. It's multiblock construction, so there're few different boards inside. Keep out lines are outer contour of the milling cutter.
When you have several different prototype PCB jobs for trial market, this is a good economical way to help you save the production cost that is merging these different PCBs together to be manufactured simultaneously on one panel. Does it sound cool?

6 Layer PCB
Hi Manager,
A 6-layer PCB is basically a 4-layer PCB with 2 extra layers added on top and bottom.
The standard 1.6mm stack-up is as follows.
-----17.5um copper + plate
-----PP 7628H 0.21mm
-----FR-4 core, 0.50mm, 35um copper x 2
-----PP 2116 x 1, 0.11mm
-----FR-4 core, 0.50mm, 35um copper x 2
----- PP 7628H 0.21mm
-----17.5um copper + plate
Actually, the stack-up of multilayer boards can be done in many different ways. You probably also have your own configuration for the special purpose like controlled impedance. So the thickness ranges from 1.0mm to 2.5mm etc.
