Ø  Inventory sbg Uang: Kategori biaya yang berhubungan dgn inventory, Efek inventory pada laporan keuangan,

Ø  Perencanaan inventory: Metode mereview order, Qty order, Safety stock

Ø  Pengontrolan inventory: ABC analysis, metode stock counting, KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

Ø  Konsep warehouse : objektif, value-added.

Ø  Aktivitas: aktivitas utama, aktivitas lain, basic lay-out, picking, stock locating

Ø  5 S dan safety: tahapan pelaksanaan, 5 S scoring, WH safety

Ø  Teknologi: barcode, RFID, WMS, pick to light, pick to voice

Ø  People management: struktur organisasi, posisi

Ø  Performance management: target, KPI
