We are pleased to forward herewith the list of additional names, specimen signatures and specimen of official seals of:
1. Viet Nam's issuing authority (Import-Export Management Office in Hai Phong) authorized to sign the Certificates of Origin form D, AK, E, AANZ, AI and AJ; and
2. Viet Nam's issuing authority (Management Board of the Van Phong Economic Zone in Khanh Hoa) authorized to sign only the Certificate of Origin form D.
These specimen signatures and seals will come into force on 20 October 2014.
Please provide attached documents to the concerned agencies as soon as possible.
However, please note that the list of these specimen signatures is also available on the secure webpage http://specimensignature.asean.org.

Dear Colleagues
We would like to attach herewith the additional names, specimen signatures and specimen of official seals of Viet Nam's issuing authorities which are authorized to sign the Certificates of Origin, details are as follows:
1. Name, specimen signature and specimen of official seal of Viet Nam's issuing authority (Import-Export Management Office in Hai Phong) which is authorized to sign the Certificates of Origin form D, AK, E, AANZ, AI and AJ as attached.
