Session 1: Personal Development, Skills & Career Options for the Professional Secretary

·          Provide insight and understanding of the professional secretary with competence, expertise, pengetahuan.dan high morale so as to meet the challenges and demands of professionalism.

·          How does the role of a secretary in a company

·          Understanding the concept of Service: Excellent with 3C's Model CARRE in order to become a secretary who is always energetic and happy

Session 2: Techniques of Effective Communication and Negotiation: Understanding Behavioral Bosses, Coworkers, Supplier and Other External Parties To Get Full Cooperation

·          Understand how to communicate effectively with superiors, peers, and external.

·          Professionalism communicate and build working relationships with superiors and the organization as a whole company.

·          Facing complaints boss / colleagues by phone.

·          Use your phone to resolve complaints efficiently boss.

Session 3: How to Manage Relationships (Relationship) with the Board of Directors and Managerial Level and Public Relations with External Key Party (Journalist, Governance, Community Leaders, Bureaucracy Generally)

·          Participants are taught to be able to communicate effectively by using techniques: blackouts, Equate, Lead.

·          Good communication and a favored opponent to speak only with the first 5 minutes.

·          Learn the 5 major body language that must be considered when communicating.

·          Participants can convey effectively the intent and purpose for the participants to know how information gets into the brain through three main pathways: Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic.

Session 4: Exercise: Professional Communication Skills NLP style

·          Participants understand how to communicate better with the use of the telephone.

·          Participants understand how effective telephone both incoming and outgoing calls.

·          Participants can create a script to use the phone more effectively and professionally.

·          Participants learn the sound characteristics of each person.

Session 5: Event Management for Corporate Secretary (Meeting, Socialization, Launching, Gathering, Press Conference)

·          Participants understand the design and spatial forms for meetings, annual plan, AGM, socialization and training activities of the company.

·          The role of a secretary to the MC in the event the company.

Session 6: Basic Prinsio Workspace Management 5S Japanese style (Lean Office)

·          Discussing about the 5 S concept, its application in the workplace and how the 5 S system works.

·          Understanding the Meaning of Main Pillars Seiri (Brief) and Seiton (Neat), Seiso (Rehearsal) and Shitsuke (Rawat).

·          Understanding the Meaning of Main Pillars Seiketsu (Diligent) and Fifth Pillar Integration and case studies (identification and improved understanding)

Session 7 & 8: Document Management and Filing System By ALFRED

·          This session gives the participants knowledge about the skill in making the recap files from various documents that it manages.

·          By doing recaps file skills, the participants are expected to be able to quickly locate the file back on when your boss, co-workers, or for other activities that require the file.

·          Other skills that will be gained from this session is that participants can classify files, assessment files, create a Table ALFRED of files that facilitate them find the file again, differentiate and archival records, retention schedule of files and other skills in managing files

OVERVIEW:

The question that often arises when a company squeezed losses or try to strengthen their competitive ability is how to streamline the company. whether the number of HR / employee of this excess current, less or have optimum with the company's needs, and how to determine or measure these things?

One critical point in the measurement system and strategic human resource is concerned about the workload measurement. The workload is able to influence the outcome of the performance of each employee, work unit or department or company.
