Session 7 & 8: Document Management and Filing System By ALFRED · This session gives the participants knowledge about the skill in making the recap files from various documents that it manages. · By doing recaps file skills, the participants are expected to be able to quickly locate the file back on when your boss, co-workers, or for other activities that require the file. · Other skills that will be gained from this session is that participants can classify files, assessment files, create a Table ALFRED of files that facilitate them find the file again, differentiate and archival records, retention schedule of files and other skills in managing files | ||
