TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS

Di era perubahan yang makin cepat, rencana organisasi yang strategic dan dinamis, serta penuh perubahan sangat dibutuhkan untuk mempersiapkan Asset terpenting yaitu SDM. Program 2 hari ini akan membantu para personel pengembangan SDM organisasi Anda agar mampu merancang program pelatihan bagi seluruh komponen organisasi Anda.

3. Mampu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan dalam kerangka peningkatan kinerja dan produktivitas sumber daya manusia.
4. Mampu merancang program pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di dalam organisasi.

METODE PELATIHAN :
Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode interaktif, dimana peserta dikenalkan kepada konsep, diberikan contoh aplikasinya, berlatih menggunakan konsep, mendiskusikan proses dan hasil latihan.
