Procurement management is the process of procurement of materials, products, and services to corporations / organizations / institutions, which are supported by integrated systems and procedures, in which all stages of the procurement process, ranging from; planning, sourcing, bidding, contracts, purchase orders, monitoring orders, receipt of goods, to evaluate suppliers / vendors do systemically, accountable, and transparent.

In practice, problems often arise, ranging from non-integrated planning, changes in prices and availability of supply, selection of suppliers / vendors who invite potential fraud, miscommunication, to the supplier / vendor contract and breach of the order.

OBJECTIVES
